Launching a new church (or revitalizing an existing one) is intimidating.
The digital to-do list alone can be overwhelming. Then there a ton of great digital tools out there - but which one is the best? If you choose wrong, will it end up being a huge headache down the road? And when will you have time to learn them all well enough to make a decision, let alone set it all up?
This is where Catalyst Church Media comes in.
We handle the digital tools, strategy, and the time to learn it all and use it well, so that you and your team can focus on reaching and discipling the people God has called you to.
You do what you've been called and gifted to do, and leave the digital work to us!
Your Mission is WHY your church exists
Your Vision is HOW your church fulfills its Mission
What does your mission look like lived out?
(everything below this line is tactical and should be filtered through the Mission and Vision and result from them)
How we communicate online about each ministry - whether that's a sermon highlight or VBS - should relate back to how the ministry or ministry initiative fulfills the church's mission and vision.
Our goal is to avoid "random acts of ministry." We want to go beyond "awareness" to help both those inside your congregation and in the community you're called to reach to understand and "buy in" to the Mission God has called you to!
What This Looks Like
Typically the Catalyst team will have a regularly scheduled call with your team (we like to work 60 days out) to discuss your church calendar and upcoming items. These include sermons, events, and other ministry items. We'll ask you to explain how they fulfill the Mission and Vision (so that we hear the information and the heart behind them!).
We'll then take that back to the full Catalyst team and come back to you with a content calendar and drafts for you to approve.
